| Paypal's rule is completely unenforcable and silly if what you say is true. IMO it is backwards to begin with. But that's irrelevant, the fact he expected ME to pay for his 02 sensor shipping..... Maybe I should have "compromised" with him....you know, I knock off $5 from the price for his 02 sensor shipping, and he paypals me an additional $150 onto the price for the shipping on the jspec fascia I recently bought. That's fair, right? Compromise, right?
